Carlos Webb hails from the East Coast of the Carolinas and has been living in Charlotte since 1989. Shortly after moving here, he began his career that has spanned over 25 years.

Carlos began working at the Howell Center in 1990 until 2004. While working at the Howell Center, Carlos was an Executive Director of this facility that housed over 120 mentally and physically handicapped children.

His greatest accomplishment while employed at the Howell Center was opening three group homes for this center.

His hard work and dedication led him to become the recipient of numerous recognitions and awards which included the Ann Wolf award (highest award for Direct Care Services).

In 2004, Carlos joined DDR and continued his passion to serve adolescents youth, juveniles, and mentally challenged adults. He became an advocate for their needs and rights. On many occasions, Carlos would attend court cases and act as the liaison for juveniles.

He has always shown compassion and provides care for those he become a legal guardian and care provider for, both youth and adults. Some of Carlos's other charitable deeds were sponsoring families during special events and holidays, organizing fundraisers, and managing vision drill teams. He also provided trips for various youth groups.

During his tenure at DDR, his work ethic was validated with several awards, and was named CBS worker of the year for seven consecutive years.

Collectively Carlos has over forty years of experience in the mental health profession. Carlos is determined to ensure that he provides individuals, family members, and friends with an Array of Brighter Beginnings.
