Cursive Handwriting
All students in grades 4-12 are required to write in cursive for Array. A minimum of 5 sets of worksheets are due per week when assigned and must be turned into the master tutor during in-person tutoring. Failure to turn in the practice cursive worksheets after being assigned to do so may result in a mandatory 6 hour invitation to tutoring at $12.00 per invitation.

The 8 Parts of Speech and English Grammar 101
Array Protocol requires the master tutor to teach these 5 Parts of Speech: Nouns, Verbs, Pronouns, Adjectives, and Adverbs including Verb Tenses during online tutoring. The student must learn them quickly in order to begin English

Array tutoring protocol requires the student to read, review, and master the 8 parts of speech and sentence types by the third week of enrollment. The student should begin by studying “Nouns, Pronouns, Verbs, Adverbs, Adjectives, Prepositions, Conjunctions, and Interjections.” The student should also begin studying “sentence types.” The student will be tested daily on the comprehension of the 8 parts of speech. To start, click “Lessons I” above, then click “Index.” Find each part of speech and read and study. You should take notes if possible. Then find “sentence types” and study. The practice examination on the 8 parts of speech and sentence types will be sent to your email weekly. You will be asked to demonstrate your understanding of the 8 Parts of Speech and the sentence types by writing sentences and answering written questions in cursive during in-person tutoring. If you need tutoring on any part of speech or writing the sentence types, you need to inform the master tutor. Failure to complete the practice examination may result in a mandatory 6 hour invitation to tutoring at a cost of $12.00.
